THE 8 TYPES OF SELF-CARE



My intention is to bring your attention and develop your awareness to your self-care.


We have two resources really worth bringing a lot of awareness and attention to: our ENERGY and our TIME.


Self-care is the best way to develop and sustain your higher level of energy… it is essential to take the time for it.


I have a holistic approach of self-care.

I have identified 8 areas of self-care. These areas are connected and contribute to each others. The list below is in no order of priority:


💪🏼 Physical : Activities you do that improve your physical health and ensure you remain in good physical condition.


❤️ Emotional: Activities that help you connect, process, and reflect on your emotions and develop your emotional intelligence


🧠 Mental: Activities that stimulate your mind and your intellect and help you improve your mental health.


💃🏻🕺🏻 Social: Activities that nurtures and deepens healthy relationships with people in your life.


👩‍💻 Professional: Activities that help you feel balanced and fulfilled at work and maintain healthy balance between work and your personal life


🌟 Spiritual: Activities that nurtures your spirit and allows you to think bigger than yourself.


🏡 Environmental: Maintaining a safe, clean, stable, healthy living environment


💰 Financial: taking control of your finances by developing habits that set you up to reach your financial goals and feel financially safe.



We all have different needs and different vision of our ideal self-care. What does it look like for you?
