Because this is 1:1 coaching, there’s no one-size-fits-all path. We co-create the focus each session based on what you want, what’s happening in real time, and the outcomes you’re committed to.

The foundations of our work

This is what we build in you — the inner shift that makes it last.

We don’t just manage the surface experience of high-functioning anxiety. We explore four inner foundations that change how you relate to pressure, so calm, boundaries, and self-trust become sustainable in real life.

  • Self-awareness: notice your patterns (body, thoughts, behaviors) and name what’s really driving them

  • Self-compassion: soften the inner critic and build self-support, so you stop motivating yourself with fear and start leading yourself with kindness

​

  • Self-care: build calm and capacity in your body and nervous system, restore energy

​​

  • Self-trust: make decisions, set boundaries, and communicate clearly, without overthinking or over-prepping​​

What's included

  • A 6-month, 1:1 coaching container tailored to your goals, pace, and real-life context

​

  • Bi-weekly coaching sessions on Zoom (12 total): 

    • 2 x 90 minutes (kick-off and integration)​

    • 10 x  60 minutes (bi-weekly sessions)

​

  • Personalized practices between sessions (reflection prompts, neuroscience-based tools, experiments in real life, curated podcasts / books recommendations)

​

  • Email support between sessions for questions and check-ins

​

  • One 20-minute support call per month (as needed)

​

  • Your Investment for this program is $525 per month x 6 months = $3,150.  If you pay in full the investment is $2,850.

Meet your coach

I'm Gaelle Chapon. I'll guide you through this journey.

I'm an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  I'm  Certified Solution-Focused Coach with Erickson Coaching International, and trained in Positive Intelligence and Neuroscience applied to coaching.

 

My approach is built on compassion, authenticity, and science-based tools. I’ve lived high-functioning anxiety myself—and I know the hidden cost of looking “fine” while feeling constantly on edge.

I’ll be your calm, your mirror, and your accountability—supportive and direct—so you keep moving forward with clarity and kindness.
