A 6-month, 1:1 coaching container tailored to to your goals, pace, and nervous system

Bi-weekly 60-minute sessions (on Zoom or in person in Missouri)

Access to neuroscience-based tools + Positive Intelligence-informed strategies (used in a way that fits you)

I'm Gaelle Chapon. I'll be guide you through this journey.
I'm an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I'm Certified Solution-Focused Coach with Erickson Coaching International, and trained in Positive Intelligence and Neuroscience applied to coaching.
My approach is built on compassion, authenticity, and science-based tools. I’ve lived high-functioning anxiety myself—and I know the hidden cost of looking “fine” while feeling constantly on edge.
