Let's self-care together!

As we are entering the final quarter of our year today, I would like to bring your attention to something that is really important to me and important in my coaching practice: SELF-CARE.

Self-care is about you taking care of yourself.

Self-care is about self-love.

Self-care is about physical, emotional, and mental health.

Self-care is about taking care of your body, your mind your heart, your soul.

Self-care supports all areas of our life: physical, emotional, social, spiritual, professional, environmental, financial.

My mission as a coach is to support you in creating the life you really want, a meaningful and joyful life aligned with who you truly are and with your values.

I believe that Self-Care is essential to have the positive high energy you need to show up at your best, live your best life and give the best to others around you.

It is the foundation to full and rich life, the path to alignment and balance.

It is an act of love not only for yourselves, but for the ones you love and care for: your family, your friends, your colleagues, your team, your community

My objective though this self-care awareness initiative is to support you in:

o developing your awareness of your own needs

o creating time for self-care in your lifestyle

o developing and implementing the daily habits that work for you

o creating special extraordinary time for self-care in your life

You deserve to live your best life and I believe self-care is the foundation on which you can build it!

I know there can be obstacles in our mind. You may think:

o Self-care is selfish.

o I have so much to get done, I do not have time for it

o I am not consistent in my self-care, so I’d rather do nothing than doing it “wrong”.

o I do not know what to do to take care of myself.

o I do not have the energy to take care of myself.

I know all about it. I have been neglecting my own self-care for a long time. I think my inner voice used all of the above messages above to justify my behavior.

I have exhausted myself mentally and physically. I have not paid attention to the obvious signs and it led me to a burn out and a depression. I was not prioritizing myself and I created so much pain for me and for the ones who loved me.

I learned from this experience and I want to share it with you!

I know it all starts by REALLY acknowledging and recognizing how important it is to us, as human beings and how it is transforming our lives.

Please come and join me in this journey of exploration of self-care throughout the last months of 2021:

o I will share my own experience.

o I will invite you to reflect on how you can “self-care” and share.

o I will invite wellness professionals to share with us how they can contribute to our self-care.

Together we will explore all the areas where you can “self-care”.

We have all been through a lot the past 18 months with the COVID-10 pandemic.

Not only we need but we owe to ourselves to pause and take this time to reflect on how we can create a life where self-care is a priority, an act of love to ourselves and to others.
